Read in full: Stonewall's written submission for the GRR Section 35 Judicial Review
We are pleased to note that Stonewall’s intervention submissions in the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill Judicial Review have been of value, given several references to them in the first morning’s proceedings.
Out of respect for the court process we did not intend to publish our written submission until judgment is given. However, the Court has now confirmed we can publish the submission and we are pleased to do so.
