Director of Communications

Reporting to the CEO this is a newly created role to take full responsibility for defining and strengthening an internal and external Communications platform. You’ll have a finely tuned ear for communicating complex messages to the widest possible audience and a passion for making our campaigns reach as far as possible.

You will develop and deliver communications strategies across the entire spectrum of communications disciplines including: media and public relations, social media, internal communications, digital media and production of materials.

Client Account Manager - Workplace Team

The post of Client Account Manager is central to our continued success in changing the GB workplace. Using your experience and initiative you will have personal responsibility for increasing membership of the Diversity Champions programme for a dedicated sector. You will be required to develop an understanding of your clients’ needs and tailor support accordingly to ensure their retention, whilst supporting the team where necessary to deliver projects.
