Director of Finance and Operations

We have a great opportunity to join our senior management team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance and Operations Director is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of Stonewall’s finance, IT and facilities functions, ensuring that robust information, planning, reporting and financial control procedures are in place and operating effectively.

The post is central to delivering Stonewall’s current and future business plans, and in supporting the continuing growth of the organisation. The post currently has 3 direct line reports; the Finance Manager, the IT Manager and the Database Manager.
