
Star Performer Network Groups
As part of the Workplace Equality Index assessment process Stonewall recognises 'Star Performer Network Groups' - employee network groups which make an invaluable contribution to the experience of LGB staff in their organisation and beyond.
Employee network groups play a vital role in helping employers to 'get it right' for their staff - the Star Performer logo acknowledges the role of individuals who participate in network groups, often in their own time, to support employers and employees to achieve an equal workplace.
In 2012 49 employee networks have been recognised as Star Performers and are entitled to use this logo:

The Star Performer logo is awarded based on the achievements and activities of the network group, and how it links into the wider organisation. The award is based on information provided in the Workplace Equality Index submission, and looks at criteria such as size of active membership, impact on the organisation as a whole, support to individuals - including around career development, and innovative ways of supporting and engaging with staff.
