What to do if you have been bullied or discriminated against at work

All employees are now protected by the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003. If you feel that you have been discriminated against or bullied at work because of your actual or percieved sexual orientation, then these regulations might well be relevant to you.

You can find organisations which work on employment rights or represent LGBT employees in different sectors in our What's in My Area section. Check the Nationwide page, under Employment.
