Racial Harassment: Action on the Ground - Gerard Lemos, Partner, Lemos & Crane (2000)
Research survey of action to tackle racial harassment, funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. This report draws on information collected from more than 250 organisations in 67 local authority areas. The report contains proposals for improving the reporting and accurate recording of racist incidents; developing intensive practical and emotional support for victims of racial harassment; and positive work with perpetrators which goes beyond prosecution and eviction.
