Stonewall Scotland invites you to come out for equality this November at our third annual conference!

Regardless of whether you are in the private or public sector this conference is unique and should be a key date in the diary for any employer seeking to attract and retain the best talent, strengthen their customer base and provide world class services by building inclusive workplaces for LGB & T people. It is an event not to be missed for HR, Equality & Diversity professionals, Chief Executives, LGBT staff and employee networks.

Coming Out for Equality will comprise keynote speakers, personal testimonies, Q&A sessions, workshops and panel sessions, with ample opportunities for networking throughout the day. You will hear from leaders in their field and work areas and issues covered will include:

• Hate crime and what the recently implemented legislation means for employer and employees
• Marketing to the lesbian, gay and bisexual community (supported by a new Stonewall publication that will be given its Scottish launch at the conference)

• An interactive theatre-based workshop on improving transgender equality
