Stonewall's Diversity Champions programme is Britain's good practice forum for sexual orientation where employers can work with Stonewall, and each other, to promote diversity in the workplace.

The criterion for joining the programme is simple: there must be evidence of a clear commitment to improving the working environment for lesbian, gay and bisexual staff. No matter what stage of the journey you’re currently at, we can help you.

By applying to become a Diversity Champion, you gain access to online features only available to members of the programme.  Additionally, you gain access to best practice sharing, networking opportunities and research from the Diversity Champions, Diversity Champions Cymru and Diversity Champions Scotland programmes.
