Stonewall's Diversity Champions programme is Britain's good practice forum in which employers can work with Stonewall, and each other, to promote lesbian, gay and bisexual equality in the workplace.

From 2005 to 2007 the programme tripled from 100 to over 300 members. With over 400 members currently in the programme, Stonewall's good practice forum presents a unique opportunity for employers to engage with one another on sexual orientation issues.

Diversity Champions gain access to best practice sharing, networking opportunities and research from the Diversity Champions, Diversity Champions Cymru and Diversity Champions Scotland programmes.
