27th & 28th November, Henley Business School The focus of the Leadership Programme this year is effective leadership through authenticity and aims to explore the impact of sexual orientation. Delegates explore these issues with other lesbian, gay and bisexual professionals in a safe environment. Successful delegates will consider a current leadership challenge for them over the two days through action learning sets and co-coaching sessions, alongside the stimulus and challenge of other participants and leading thinkers in the field. Successful applicants will be senior lesbian, gay or bisexual leaders from a variety of sectors. The programme is now closed for applications. This year the Leadership Programme is being kindly supported by Morgan Stanley. Leadership Programme 2008 Objective To provide individual LGB employees with new knowledge, skills and inspiration to help them be effective leaders in the workplace, benefiting both them and the organisations they work for. Benefits for the Organisation
Audience LGB staff from all sectors with the potential to be senior decision makers within five years. Typically, participants will already be highly credible within their organisation, at middle management level with a 5–10 year proven track record of delivery. Successful delegates will bring a current leadership challenge to work on over the two days. We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented group within the gay community particularly gay and bisexual women and those from minority ethnic groups.
