Salary: From £11,500 (depending on experience)

Type of Contract: Full time and Part time

Job Description: This is about making your mark on our growth, premium, volume, profit and retention figures. Taking on a caseload of policies, you'll assess business customers' risk and underwrite policies accordingly. That'll mean selling products to brokers, partners and key contacts at our corporate customers while actively pursuing new business leads.

Whether you're renewing a contract, explaining a new product or approaching a potential customer, you'll decide whether it's best to work over the phone, by email or post. And our Broking, Underwriting, Trading, Risk and Claims specialists will be on hand to help every step of the way.

Commercial awareness is key. As is the ability to articulate sometimes complex issues and accurately analyse figures. So some knowledge or experience of the insurance sector is essential. However, if you've five GCSEs and, ideally, an --level (or equivalents) to go with some of the talents and strengths we are looking for, we’d love to meet you.
