Job Description: This July we will celebrate our fourth anniversary as a large scale voluntary transfer and we are proud of our achievements. Our recent inspection by the Audit Commission resulted in us obtaining 'one star with promising prospects' and this has given us a solid foundation from which to continue our improvement journey. Operating from Aylesbury in the heart of Buckinghamshire, the Trust is located in one of the most affluent areas in the country and the centre of the biggest growth area in the South East.

We intend to use our substantial asset base to deliver new and improved services, regenerate our communities and improve local lives.

To deliver our goals and grow our achievements, we are looking for a Director of Property and Development who will share our passion for success.

You will lead our property and development teams in delivering our asset management strategy. Responsible for our on-going property investment and repairs programmes you will build on our successes so far in delivering a great service for our residents and drive forward our development plans.
