Lesbian, gay, bi and trans people bring value to organisations by providing a different set of experiences and perspectives. We help hundreds of organisations recognise the benefits of these persepctives for all employees, service users and members of the community.
Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme is Britain’s leading best-practice employers' forum for LGBT equality, diversity and inclusion. We work with over 750 members across the public, private and third sectors to help them create inclusive and accepting environments for almost a quarter of the UK workforce.
Our Global Diversity Champions programme is for international organisations who are committed to equality for their staff across the world.
Our work wouldn't be possible without the support of our corporate partners. You can learn more about Stonewall's corporate sponsorship opportunities here.
Stonewall's Education Champions programme provides bespoke support and guidance to local authorities to tackle homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in local schools and support LGBT young people in their community.
Homophobic, biphobic and transphobic (HBT) language and bullying is widespread in UK schools, affecting young people's well-being as well as their attendance and attainment. Celebrating difference and tackling HBT bullying is crucial to making all children feel welcome, and enabling them to learn how to accept others for who they are.
Our Train the Trainer courses for Primary schools and Secondary schools give staff the tools to tackle HBT bullying, as well as the confidence to train colleagues in their school. After attending the course, your school joins our growing network of Stonewall School Champions.
In partnership with Cardiff University, we developed a more inclusive health curriculum to make sure that our future health and care professionals are equipped to support LGBT patients. We're interested in developing this work across more departments and with more institutions; please contact us if you would like to find out how we can support you.
We also support campaigns for LGBT equality in university sport, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
