After nearly four years, we are thrilled to announce the return of Stonewall Scotland’s Workplace Conference!
Are you looking to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion in your workplace? Are you looking for the opportunity to network with other professionals working in diversity and inclusion? Our Scotland Workplace Conference offers the chance to learn insights from leading inclusion experts and network with likeminded individuals from leading Scottish organisations.
For over a decade, our Workplace Conference has been Scotland’s leading event for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace, offering a unique opportunity to hear from experts and leaders in equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI), and professionals committed to LGBTQ+ equality.
After an enforced break due to the pandemic, we are delighted to announce that Workplace Conference will be back on Thursday 21 September 2023.
Join us at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre for a day of interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities with professionals from public, private and third sectors, in a welcoming environment.
This event is open to all, but is most suited to those working in EDI, HR, members of LGBTQ+ staff networks, and those with a responsibility or interest in LGBTQ+ inclusion.
What’s on at the Workplace Conference?
The Stonewall Scotland Workplace Conference is the only event where you can:
- Learn and share best practice on LGBTQ+ inclusion in our interactive workshops, led by Stonewall experts and our community partners
- Build practical action plans that are tailored to your context, addressing current issues facing diversity & inclusion professionals and LGBTQ+ staff and allies
- Network with likeminded professionals from across a range of sectors, in-person and/or online
Tickets get you access to a choice of three break-out workshops from our programme, our opening and closing plenaries, and exclusive networking opportunities.

We’re excited to be hosting the Scotland Workplace Conference at the impressive EICC this year. Our tickets get you access to a full day of workshops, speeches, and networking, as well as refreshments.
Members of our Diversity Champions programme can purchase discounted tickets:
Public and Third Sector Diversity Champions Member: £250 + VAT
Private Sector Diversity Champions Member: £300 + VAT
Non-Member Ticket: £350 + VAT
